MODELOS ESTATÍSTICOS E ESPACIAIS IMPULSIONAM REDES DE PESQUISA SOBRE LEISHMANIOSE TEGUMENTAR E ALTERAÇÕES AMBIENTAIS (1999–2024)

A Leishmaniose Tegumentar é uma doença tropical negligenciada, de ampla distribuição geográfica, que tem atraído cada vez mais a atenção da comunidade científica em diferentes regiões do mundo. Esta revisão bibliométrica teve como objetivo identificar as principais tendências de pesquisa relacionadas à Leishmaniose Tegumentar e às alterações ambientais, sintetizando a produção científica e mapeando redes colaborativas com base em estudos indexados na base Scopus (Elsevier). A seleção dos artigos foi realizada utilizando a plataforma Rayyan por três autores, e a visualização e análise das redes de coautoria e de coocorrência de palavras-chave foram conduzidas por meio do software Rayyan, ferramentas em R, VOSviewer® e Microsoft Excel 2010®. Os resultados revelam um crescimento consistente nas publicações sobre o tema desde o final da década de 1990, com o inglês como idioma predominante e Acta Tropica como o periódico mais frequente. As maiores redes colaborativas são lideradas por pesquisadores e instituições do Brasil e dos Estados Unidos. A semântica da coocorrência de palavras-chave e a síntese dos artigos mais citados sugerem um aumento de estudos epidemiológicos, iniciativas de vigilância e gestão em saúde, impulsionados pela integração de ferramentas de análise estatística e espacial e pela abrangência dos dados utilizados. A pesquisa sobre Leishmaniose Tegumentar vem se consolidando como um campo interdisciplinar, permitindo compreender a dinâmica atual da doença e antecipar cenários futuros.
