Abstract

The skin lesions are clinically important because of the high frequency of their occurrence. The possibility of accelerating the healing and closure of skin lesions has been studied for many researchers. This report refers the of Veloderm® membrane, not yet tested in the musculo-cutaneous injury, and calendula oitment in skin injury on tibia by phalange of left leg in a canine, car accident victim. After tibial-tarsal arthrodesis was carried curative Veloderm® for 20 days and after another 20 days with calendula oitment, occurring complete skin healing. We conclude that the methods chosen were effective as adjuvants in the healing process in skin-muscle injury.
