During the analyzed period, Clostridium were isolates in 123 protocols. Clostridium perfringens were isolates in 61% of cases, 28.45% Clostridium chauvoei, 13.8% Clostridium septicum and 0.8% Clostridium sp. Botulinum toxin was detected in samples from intestinal contents and serum of 10 analyzed cases.
