The lifting and presentation of the main techniques, strategies and substances that directly or indirectly applied in the mulberry, promote food supplementation in silkworm is the purpose of this review, as well as suggest and discuss new possibilities, giving the producer an alternative to nutritional management more dynamic and rational.
