Resumo

A displasia coxofemoral é uma afecção resultante do desenvolvimento ou crescimento
anormal da articulação coxofemoral. Em virtude da importância da enfermidade na população
canina, o presente artigo tem por objetivo discorrer sobre alguns aspectos da doença
considerando-se os sinais clínicos e os métodos diagnósticos por imagem, além de salientar os
resultados de estudos que utilizaram a análise cinemática como ferramenta de avaliação.
